1. Who We Are
OperatorZero LLC ("OperatorZero," "we," "us") operates the service and is not affiliated with ServiceNow.
2. What This Is
"Service" means Nexus (planning), Forge (generation and deployment), the website, APIs, agents, MCPs, documentation, dashboards, and any beta features. "Outputs" include plans, update sets, scripts, tables, fields, workflows, business rules, logs, diffs, and other generated artifacts.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Validate outputs in a non-production environment before using them in production.
- Maintain backups, change controls, and update sets.
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms, including ServiceNow requirements.
- Keep credentials and API keys secure; you are responsible for actions under your account.
4. Our Responsibilities (Limited)
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
- Beta or experimental features may be gated, rate-limited, or removed without notice.
5. Ownership and License
- OperatorZero owns the platform, including the service, models and prompts, user interfaces, orchestration, and schemas.
- You own your inputs and outputs.
- Feedback you provide grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it to improve the service.
6. Account, Plans, and Billing
- The free tier is preview-only and does not require instance credentials to view.
- The pro plan is a paid subscription through Stripe that enables deploy-grade features such as direct apply and the customer portal.
- Billing recurs until canceled. Cancel in the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Refunds are at our discretion for accidental duplicate charges or clear billing errors; otherwise fees are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not:
- Abuse, probe, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to copy, clone, or resell the platform or model prompts.
- Violate rate limits, attempt to bypass safety controls, or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload unlawful, confidential, or third-party data without authorization.
8. Data Handling and Privacy (High-Level)
- We log minimal operational data needed to run the service, such as authentication events, plan and deploy metadata, and telemetry.
- If you connect a ServiceNow instance, tokens, roles, and update set eligibility may be validated and logged for audit trails.
- We do not sell personal data. See our privacy policy on the site for details.
- You are responsible for any customer or regulated data processed through the service.
9. Uptime, Support, and SLA
- No guaranteed uptime or response times.
- Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the channels listed on the site.
10. Disclaimers
- Outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. You must review them.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Experimental AI behavior may change due to model or provider updates.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold OperatorZero harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or outputs, your data, or your violation of these terms.
13. Third-Party Services
Integrations such as ServiceNow, Stripe, authentication providers, and model providers are third-party services subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
14. Export and Sanctions
You represent that you are not barred by export laws or sanctions and will not use the service where prohibited.
15. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time and cancel subscriptions in the customer portal.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk concerns, or legal compliance needs.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and certain sections survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be signposted on the site.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
